All our chicks, started or adult game birds are shipped live on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. They are shipped Express Mail through the United States Postal Service. All orders are guaranteed to be delivered within 2 business days in good condition. All express mail shipments are insured at no charge up to $100. BOX CHARGE There is a $5.00 box charge on all flight birds. When shipped during warmer months birds must be shipped in quantities of not more than 12 to a box. Only during the winter months are they shipped 25 to a box. PICK UP OF BIRDS You should make arrangements to pick up your birds at the Post Office when they arrive.
B & D Game Farm automatically insures orders of 500 chicks or more billed to your account. If you wish to purchase additional insurance, please let us know. We will file an insurance claim on your behalf for chicks that do not arrive LIVE. We are only a phone call away. (405)964-5235
THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE DOES NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE NOT CONFIRMED BY POSTAL PERSONEL. BE SURE TO INSPECT YOUR PACKAGE IN FRONT OF A POSTAL EMPLOYEE. Please examine the birds at the time of delivery to be sure they arrived in good condition. If the shipment arrived in poor condition immediately notify B & D Game Farm and if the shipment was insured please immediately inform your postmaster. You must always accept shipment in order for any insurance on loss to be effective. Postage or Shipping is NONREFUNDABLE on replacement orders. You will be charged shipping again on any replacement order of live birds, hatching eggs or supplies. Shipping charges are always additional and determined by quantity ordered and destination. OUR CHICKS AND EGGS are produced under the accepted practices of the National Poultry Improvement Plan. However, we have no control over the circumstances after they leave our hatchery. MERCHANDISE RETURNS Prior approval is required before merchandise can be returned. Call or write for approval. We accept merchandise for refund or exchange as long as it is in the original carton or container, has all the appropriate literature, has not been used, and is in resalable condition. Merchandise that is drop-shipped from the factory may be subject to additional or different terms set by the individual manufacturers. Refund will not be issued until the return item has arrived at our hatchery. WEBSITE PRICING While we have taken every precaution to insure accurate website prices, we cannot guarantee the website to be free of pricing and description errors. Also, prices may change without notice. The merchandise prices on this website supersede all prior prices. ORDER DELIVERY TIME B & D Game Farm tries to process all orders within one to three days of receipt. We try to ship your order in the fastest possible way but please allow one to two weeks delivery time in some cases. You are notified with a confirmed ship date within one week of your order by email. If order is placed on a weekend it usually goes out on Monday unless out of stock. BACKORDER POLICY B & D Game Farm goes to great expense and effort to keep our "shelves stocked" and bring you the fastest service we can provide. However, we reserve the right to backorder any merchandise that may not be in stock. We will notify you within 45 days if the item is still on backorder. DROP SHIPPED ITEMS Some of the products we sell are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Please allow additional delivery time for these items. There can be a restocking fee on drop shipped items which are returned. SHIPPING AND HANDLING Whenever possible, we ship USPS, UPS Ground or Fed Ex Ground. Overnight express shipments are available on in-stock items at an additional shipping expense. Please call for an exact quote on this additional shipping cost.

It is understood, agreed and considered reasonable that THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE POULTRY THAN THOSE SPECIFICALLY STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT, AND SELLER SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANT OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS OF THE POULTRY. The seller’s liability for any reason whatsoever shall be limited to the amount paid for the goods or services claimed to be defective, and that in no event shall Seller be held liable for any consequential or incidental damages. By acceptance of the poultry the Buyer acknowledges that the limitations and disclaimers herein set forth are conditions of the sale, and constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding warranty or other liabilities and the remedy therefore.
